Selection Procedure for Local Bank Officer
| The selection procedure consists of an online test, a psychometric test, or any other test judged appropriate for a subsequent selection process. Candidates who pass the online test then participate in a group discussion and/or interview. However, the bank has the right to alter the interview and shortlisting criteria if there are a lot or few suitable applications submitted. For the aforementioned post, the bank may, at its discretion, think about using multiple choice, descriptive, psychometric, group discussion, interview, or any other selection/shortlisting techniques. A candidate is not entitled to an interview if they only meet the eligibility requirements.
