IBPS Clerk Salary 2025
| The initial salary package of the IBPS Clerk is about Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 42,000/- per month which includes the Dearness Allowance and other benefits. |
Eligibility criteria
| To be eligible, candidates must have a graduate degree, be between 20 and 28 years old (with age relaxation for reserved categories), possess computer literacy, and be proficient in the official language of the state they apply for. |
Selection process
| The selection process involves two online exams: Preliminary and Mains. The Preliminary exam is qualifying, covering English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning. The Mains exam, which determines final selection, includes Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, English, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/Financial Awareness. There have been updates to the Mains exam pattern, and a Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT) will also be conducted after the Mains exam |
How to apply
| To apply, visit the official IBPS website (www.ibps.in) and follow the steps for new registration. Candidates will need to fill out the application form with personal and educational details, upload required documents (photograph, signature, left thumb impression, handwritten declaration), select the state they are applying for, preview the form, and pay the application fee.
